The Free Consultation:
This isn’t a sales call. It’s a genuine conversation between two people.
During this session, we talk openly about where you are, what you’re struggling with, and what you want your life to look like. Just as important, we feel out the chemistry—because coaching only works when both sides feel comfortable, understood, and safe being honest.
You’ll get a sense of my style. I’ll get a sense of your goals.
By the end, we’ll both know whether working together feels natural and aligned.
The Weekly Sessions:
Once we decide we’re a fit, we establish a weekly rhythm.
These sessions become your dedicated space—free of judgment, pressure, or expectations—where you can slow down, reflect, and finally explore the thoughts, habits, and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck.
Together we will:
Identify the patterns that quietly sabotage your progress
Get honest about what you truly want
Build strategies and habits that actually align with your life and personality
Create a plan you can follow with confidence
This isn’t therapy. It’s not cheerleading.
It’s practical, grounded, forward-moving work that helps you shift from “thinking about it” to actually doing it.
The Silence:
The goal of coaching isn’t to keep you talking forever.
It’s to help you reach the point where you show up to a session and realize…
there’s nothing left to process, no crisis to solve, no confusion to untangle.
That moment—when you say, “I actually feel good. I know what I’m doing now”—
that’s success.
It means you’re living in alignment.
It means the action has replaced the doubt.
It means you’re no longer waiting for life to change—you’re changing it yourself.
And of course, if life throws something new your way, I’m here.
We simply pick up exactly where we left off.

"…a life changing experience."
"I had the pleasure of partnering with Paul Strobl for life coaching. It has been a life changing experience. I have worked with counselors and coaches in the past, but his approach truly worked best for me. He is able to carefully listen and pick the best tools that improve my cognitive reasoning and decision management. He shared books and articles after sessions that helped solidify these concepts. He is also very personable and kind and feels like talking to a wise friend. I frequently reflect back on things I learned from him along the way. I wish him the best in his endeavors, he is passionate about what he does and great at it." - Wamda Ahmed, MD

"I still draw on those conversations on an almost daily basis"
"I still draw on those conversations on an almost daily basis”
During a particularly challenging career change, my boss realized I was “sprinting a marathon” and thought it would be a good idea to take advantage of a career/life coach. Turns out it was a great decision. Paul Strobl gave me the outlet to really talk about the challenges I was facing – and not just the ones at work – and bring to the surface the fears that were impeding the risks I would normally take to drive change. I still draw on those conversations on an almost daily basis and appreciate Paul keeping in touch to help me ‘recharge my batteries." - Greg Wright

"I have improved in all areas of my life"
"Paul is an amazing listener and helps you understand what may be holding you back from fulfilling your true potential! I have improved in all areas of my life thanks to Paul’s ability to give meaningful examples and methods to handle the unknown or seemingly stressful situations. He has helped me open my eyes to the world, and I am so glad that I didn’t hesitate to schedule my first coaching session with him. It’s such a relief knowing that I don’t actually have to live a life full of suffering! Thank you Paul!!" - Denise Chavez

"Much more clarity in my life!"
"Paul is an awesome coach. I’ve always considered myself a glass-half-full type of person. However, Paul has helped me increase my cup even more by guiding me through the process of overcoming self-sabotaging thinking that is no longer serving me. As a result, I have much more clarity in my life. Looking forward to working with Paul for years to come. I highly recommend booking your first session with Paul." - Kenneth Barney

For over 20 years, I’ve helped professionals break through what’s been holding them back and finally create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for real change, let’s talk.
I offer a free, no-pressure consultation to answer your questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Grab a coffee, hop on the call, and let’s explore what’s possible for you.
The life coaching conversation is designed as a method for creative problem solving, to shed light on your blind spots, provide new perspectives, identify your innermost values, and to take action on moving toward the person you wish to become.
By working with a professional life coach, the goal is for you, the client, to walk away from a life coaching engagement lighter, more focused, confident and with a new set of tools for moving forward.
Life coaching is what we call it inside the industry, whether others call it confidence coaching, mindset coaching or leadership coaching – the skill set is the same.
Usually around 2-3 months (8-12 sessions) clients are “done.” This means we’ve unblocked the heavy stuff, and you have the clarity, confidence and tools to move forward.
You are super-excited about your direction with a heightened sense of self esteem, and if we had another session, there would be nothing to talk about because you’d already be taking action.
You decide when the coaching engagement ends, not me.
The modern coaching process is “non-linear.” We won’t know what’s beyond the hill in front of us until we walk up it to see what’s on the other side.
If there were an exact recipe to follow, I would have just written a book and closed up shop.
Let’s navigate what’s holding you back—together.
